My Story

Hoffman Transaction Services was founded in 2025 by me, Rebecca! Like so many, I followed the traditional path—went to college, got a “safe” job at a university, and settled into what seemed like a stable career. But I quickly realized that the corporate world wasn’t for me. The rigid structure, limited freedoms, and office politics left me feeling uninspired.

So, I took a leap of faith. I quit my job and jumped into real estate full-time—and I loved it! In my first year, I closed 22 transactions, built incredible relationships, and found a passion for helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I thrived on the freedom of being my own boss and the excitement of growing my own business.

Then, life threw me a curveball. My spouse was offered the opportunity of a lifetime—one we couldn’t pass up. But it meant relocating to a remote area where continuing my real estate career wasn’t possible. I faced a tough decision: give up what I had built or find a new way to stay in the industry I loved.

So, here I am, taking another leap—this time into transaction coordination. With Hoffman Transaction Services, I get to stay connected to the real estate world that has brought me so much joy while helping fellow agents grow their businesses. My goal is to provide seamless, stress-free transactions so realtors can focus on what they do best—serving their clients and closing more deals.

Starting this business is more than just a career shift—it’s a continuation of my passion for real estate, my love for problem-solving, and my desire to create a business that gives me and others the freedom to succeed. I’m excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to help you grow alongside me!
